Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unused, with all labels intact and in the original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to our error, shipping is free.
- Otherwise, return shipping costs range from $0 to $20, depending on your address, and will be deducted from the refund.
Processing Returns and Refunds:
- Returns are processed within 6-10 business days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method and may take 3-10 business days.
- If you don’t receive your refund within this period, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us at support@rozayt.com.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Beauty and personal care products, underwear, swimwear, and bikinis cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons.
- Used, damaged, or improperly packaged items are not eligible for a refund.
- Please note that custom orders, such as personalized designs created specifically upon your request, are non-refundable and cannot be returned once the order has been placed.

Promotions and Offers:
- If a promotional offer was applied and your order value is less than the offer, the difference will be deducted from your refund.
Order Cancellation:
